I stumbled across FVTA years ago when looking for new tires, and had such a great experience that I have been coming to them for all auto work ever since. Paul and his team are extremely accommodating. The pricing is extremely competitive and fair for everything I have had done, including routine oil changes and routine maintenance, which dealers gauge you for by charging for the inspection portion (tire rotation, filter checkers, etc). I'm always told what is completely necessary work vs things that could be done later, and I never feel pressured or like I'm being "sold" on services I don't absolutely need. They are always upfront about things and explain anything so to make sure I understand. Paul and everyone on his team are very direct and to the point, while being so very nice and patient with me. Stand up business that I'm happy to recommed.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel people should know. I brought my truck in for a simple alignment. After getting it back, it started pulling hard to the right, especially under braking. A couple of days later, while working on my truck, we found that three of the four cam alignment bolts were loose, with one nut literally hanging on by a single thread. That is a serious safety issue. I brought it back so they could fix it. Before leaving, I checked underneath my truck myself and found that all of the cam alignment bolts were bent and not even seated correctly. Nobody mentioned this to me before handing the truck back. When I brought it to the manager, Paul, instead of calmly explaining the situation, he became angry, started cursing at me in front of other customers, blamed me for the problem, and dismissed the aftermarket parts I had purchased. I’m 17 years old and came in by myself just trying to get my truck aligned. I expected professionalism, not to be yelled at for asking questions about work performed on my vehicle. Best customer service I have ever had at a body shop. When I called, I got an actual human being instead of 15 automated prompts, which was already a good start. Jordan, who I spoke with on the phone was very polite and informed me that they weren't gonna charge to patch the tire for my EV, of course I left the tip for the team. This team and the store is clearly in it for the long haul, building a customer base through trust and derive... and you now have a customer for life.. 10/10. I will be back.

Excellent service I’m a New Tennant in the office buildings there had my box truck breakdown so I thought I’d try these guys. Did There quote save me money but they were able to fix my truck the very next day. Having your work truck breakdown during the holidays is not fun. It was the best of both scenarios.
