We have been looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop since our auto shop owner retired years ago, we have *not* had a good experience until we found G&G Auto Repair. Hands down these folks are the best, competent, honest, and trustworthy shop that I have run across, these folks are reliable like our old shop. They have done great work on our van at fair prices, and that’s all I can ask for :) They also go above and beyond by texting all repair docs, assessments, and diagnostic results to my phone for review and approval. I really wish I had found them years ago. I highly recommend this shop!

From the initial phone inquiry, to drop off, to text updates and the follow-up, in depth phone consultation, as well as the service and repairs that were completed, G&G provided a positive experience. My 2012 Honda Civic needed a tune-up, new breaks, and an AC blower motor replacement. Shawn respectfully listened and addressed each concern and then provided a detailed and easy to understand account of the recommended repairs/services. The services were completed in a timely manner and I felt the prices were fair. I also appreciated the professional and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent experience! I highly recommend G&G and will bring my vehicles back for future maintenance and repairs. Thanks G&G!

I had a Buick and truck into your shop. The Buick needed a thermostat replaced. They were able to get me in within the day and the uber ride made it smooth. You were able to get the truck in right away too. Your staff and the way you do business takes the pain out of car repairs. The staff was friendly, courteous , and professional. They could talk to me about my vehicles competently and in a way I could understand. They didn’t just talk about what was wrong but also what was right. I.talked mostly with Sean but the gentleman sitting in front of him was just as helpful. I have confidence that when I need your services that you will be there for me. Thank you!

I bought 2016 Chevy Silverado LTZ in 2024 with 147k miles on it. I knew that buying a truck with higher mileage would mean I’d eventually have to start changing parts out as they “age” or go out due to mileage. Since then I have taken my truck to G&G on 3 departure occasion. 2 times for repairs and 1 time for an oil change. The staff is always very nice and informative right from the first phone call. They have been able to take my truck in same day without scheduling a drop off time and start diagnostics. I purchased an after market warranty when I bought the truck and G&G has been exceptionally great when it comes to working with the warrant company. So good that at my recent visit the warranty company denied the claim, and Shaun at G&G was kind enough to call them back and fight the case for me and he was successful! The cherry on top, is that G&G offered me a rental car free of charge while my truck was in the shop. Thankfully I have another vehicle to get me by, but it’s a great peace of mind knowing this option is available and I don’t know of any other shops that do this! G&G has the best technicians and all the proper tools for any vehicle. I would highly recommend this sho

Once again G&G never ceases to AMAZE me !!! My Range Rover had to be towed to G&G (the only ones who I let work on it) yesterday morning. Again, they put me in a dependable loaner car and kept me updated that afternoon on my baby. Well, here it is 24 hrs later and my Rover is back home completely fixed and functional!! Ramiro in the back, (The Range Rover Whisper) keeps my girl running perfectly each time she goes in for anything.♡ Perry,Tim & Shaun are completely thorough and sincere with you about everything. G&G is my hidden gem here in my neighborhood..so happy I found them a year and a half ago. 🚙
