Went to the apple store and they qouted me two hundred dollars more and said it would be three weeks for a new mac screen. Came to edwin and he explained all his pricing and very reasonable labour and then got it done in a day. Very appreciate for this service and seems like a great guy

I broke the screen on my new phone, silly me. Service was great. Price was fair. Repair was done on time. I choose this business over the ones closer to me in Ventura, and glad I did.

I’ve taken two phones to Edwin to fix the screen and/or battery. He’s an expert, very helpful, and works quickly. Therefore, I’ll be returning anytime I need help with my tech devices.

Great store and owner. I went to them with a Samsung phone that wouldn't charge, and they put it on a wireless charger for me to make sure it was the charging port, not the phone. Then they gave me a free charge and advised it might be cheaper for me to get a wireless charger from a major retailer. Did not charge me a penny. I would 100% go back to this business. They solved my problem and did not try to upsell me. Also, very friendly and welcoming.

In early April 2025, I had the battery replaced on my older model Google Pixel phone. I emailed ahead of time with the request. I got a response back with a quote and a heads up that a battery would need to be ordered. I accepted the quote and the owner emailed me a few days later when the battery came in. I was able to drop by in the middle of the week and the work was done in an hour. He even managed to save most of the Otterbox that was on my phone. I wasn't expecting it to survive the teardown. Several months later I still haven't had any issues with my phone. The owner was friendly and professional, but not in the stuck up corp. businessman kind of professional. The price for the work was affordable. I have a minor issue, the dedicated parking for the business is only accessible from Mission street. If you're not paying attention or don't study the pictures from Google Maps street view then you will get stuck doing a big loop with the one-way streets.
