It disappoints me to have to write this review because this company is known for building some of the best custom enclosures in the country, and I expected a much smoother experience. I emailed them the exact external dimensions I wanted, along with the target net air volume after displacement, target tuning frequency, my vehicle, and my equipment. My only question was whether they could build an enclosure to those specifications. Instead of a direct answer, I was repeatedly asked for the maximum dimensions of my trunk so they could design something different. I would have been perfectly fine receiving a quote for their own design, but instead I was told I could either pay $1,560 plus shipping in full to enter the design queue or pay a non-refundable $500 just to review a design before placing an order. The communication also left a lot to be desired. Several emails contained incomplete sentences and responses that didn’t seem to address the question I was asking. At the end of the day, I wasn’t asking for a free design. I simply wanted to know if they could build the enclosure to the specifications I had already provided. Customer service was phenomenal, box is beautiful, came packaged like it was ready to be dropped out of a plane. An these JLs shocked me how loud they were in this box on 1500watts. Highly recommend.

Amazing box. I ordered a enclosure for my Sundown U15, and when I received, some of the dimensions were wrong. Bobby contacted me and sorted out the issue without any issue and the new box is exactly what I was looking for. I have had it for about 2 months now and it continues to impress. Thanks guys!

I wanted a Gately enclosure for a long time. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered the one listed on their website as 4.0 cubic foot 2x12. What made this box stand out to me was the woofer placement. They have a staggered look to them in the picture provided and I really liked the look. After my box finally arrived I was shocked to see what I got vs what I ordered was COMPLETELY different. It looked nothing like the box in the picture. Very disappointing. I did contact Gately immediately and the gentleman I spoke to just said he was sorry and that they haven't updated the pictures on their website. No solution offered just an apology and a very expensive enclosure I didn't order. Someone even called me prior to the build to confirm what woofers I would be using. But never bothered to mention I wouldn't be getting the box I ordered on their website. Order #4702
