TL;DR: prepare to be taken advantage of with zero communication. I’m generally prepared to give people the benefit of the doubt, but at every turn, George gave us no reason to trust him. In the end, he definitely overcharged us: $505.08 for a part (not including labor) that he showed us listed as no more than $200. We were in the South Bay visiting family over the weekend. Saturday evening we hit a bad pothole, and coolant was pouring out of one of the bottom corners of the radiator. George’s was the only shop open the next morning on Sunday, and the reviews were generally positive and said he worked quickly. We were in a rush to get back home up north, so we took the risk. First mistake. We got the car towed there Sunday at 10:00am and explained the issue. George asked where we were from, and we said the Bay Area. Second mistake. He might have assumed then and there that we were affluent and/or desperate. Considering we're a single-car household driving a 17-year-old vehicle with over 100k miles, we're definitely one of those two things. He said he’d look at it and call within an hour. My alternator broke on a high way and I was running on a draining battery on a World Cup final sunday so I had to find somewhere nearby to repair it. There weren’t many shops around that were open on sundays and Jorge and the team were kind enough to fix my car within a few hours with a reasonable price. Had my transmission fluid drained and filled and he did good work for a reasonable price! was able to go in same day for it as well,, definitely will continue to see George any time i need help with my vehicle :)

Had a stuck lug nut and a strange sound in my brakes so I came to George’s Auto. He discovered some old break parts were shot and needed replacement. He did a great job and gave me an excellent price that I wasn’t expecting. It’s his garage and it’s only him there so if you have an urgent repair, would be best to get there at opening.

George's auto care took care of me and my dad's car. Our car had problems in the middle of the road. Me and my father decided to park it inside the parking lot next to George's auto care. At first I didn't know there was an auto care at that specific location. I was prepared to call towing due to the bad shaking my dad's car was going through. The owner helped my dad and took in my dad's car even though they were about to close. The owner did a diagnostic and was able to get information on what was the issue. He asked my dad to leave the car. The owner was nice enough to have his son drive me and my dad home because it was late at night. When my dad got the car back, he told me that George's auto care did a good job in his car. I am grateful that they helped my dad fix his car. I am very thankful to George's auto care
