We rented a cruise america rv through these guys last weekend. The rv was warmed up and running when we got there. Check in was a breeze. The lady that took care of us (I cant remember her name. I wish i could! ) was super friendly and funny. She was very thourough in walking us through everything, making sure we knew how to operate the rv and what to do to get our deposit back. She let us know she is available via text should we have any issues or questions. They have a checklist of things to do before returning the rv, which we did and got our whole deposit back. This was our first time in an rv like this. We had a great time and knew exactly what to do thanks to this company!

FIRST THING WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I rented an RV from cruise america and this was my pick up location. Full transparency I was a little nervous after reading some reviews but I've also learned different people have different experiences. Elizabeth was amazing to work with. I had a question on Thanksgiving day and received a reply. She was working on the holiday. I couldn't of ask for better customer service. They were Fair, Upfront and Honest. I did everything that was required of me and got my full deposit refunded. They have a high standard of what they call clean and I believe people are so used to being mediocre that they get offended when their effort doesn't meet the standards. I believe most of the negative reviews are that scenario. They gave us a print out of a checklist to assist you in completing the final return items. I checked all the boxes and put in the effort required to achieve their standard. I would say to ignore the negative reviews I had an amazing stressless experience!! It made for an amazing family vacation. It was 2 adults 2 kids and a dog

Brought my 2011 Audi Quattro for service. Was greeted by a young gentleman named William. He was so polite and professional! The car needed a lot of work and William did such a great job on the car. I will be coming back to German motors for all my Audis needs( we all know how German vehicle need a ton of maintenance😂) William is the guy to see. I also saw they do Cruise America rentals there. I had a few questions and the super nice lady named Elizabeth was so helpful at answering all my questions. Can't wait to rent an RV from her.

I want to change my opinion about this company. First I wrote them a 5* review. But after that I received a bill for cleaning and dump fee. Okay, cleaning may seem clean to some and dirty to others, I won't argue with that. But the dump fee was calculated at $150 instead of $55. At the same time, when I returned the car, they told me that this payment would not be taken from me at all, but in addition to taking it, they took not $55 as stated in the agreement, but $150

Ralph and his team run a great shop. Very knowledgeable, transparent, and trustworthy. Dealer service departments are far too expensive and not all independents are true experts, German Motors will take care you.
