I had a very disappointing experience with this tire shop. While the quality of service itself was below expectations, the biggest issue was the behavior and professionalism of the office staff. Communication was poor, customer concerns did not seem to be addressed

Gil has been around for a long time. Hardest working man i know. I woukd recommend him hands down over anyone. Takes alot of hatd work to preserve a good name and has done it with honor

These guys always take care of me and they never bs. Mounted my wheels and tires before no problem (and they don’t scratch your wheels) 🗣️👌🏼 Even on my second set I needed hub centric rings and they carry those bad boys on hand! Had me in and out in 15 minutes, Don’t even think twice about it just pull up they will take care of you 👌🏼

0 stars ! So finally leaving a review, but when I was in San Antonio for military leave, I had a leveling kit and tires installed here. When I went to pick my truck up, there was a huge blue scratch and dent on the front passenger side fender. I didn’t drive off the lot, and instead brought it up to them. The owner Gil, then proceeded to tell me how people come in all the time trying to say his shop damaged their vehicle, all so they can get compensated. I requested they pulled security footage , and lo and behold , I had no blue scratch or dent when arriving to the shop. Gil proceeded to tell me he can have a friend of his who works at a body shop fix it. The first shop we went too, his “friend” tried telling me the same thing. I obviously was upset and irritated because they continued to try telling me I was lying or wrong. The first guy didn’t want to work on my truck because I “upset him”. Gil , then had me meet him at another body shop and the owner there was able to fix my fender and scratch no problem. Overall, just horrible customer service, horrible management, and just a crap way to handle an obvious mess up by one of his employees. Life happens, and human error

Got a set of 4 tires nearly two months ago, came in because one of them left me stranded from home about 2 hours out and came in to see if there was any warranty because it went flat and had a bulge. I didn’t not impact, and generally am a very aware individual of my surroundings. They blew it up on a rim called it impact damage and showed me this sign. If your purchasing be aware, you will pay again for another tire. Purchased may 10 today is July 19 and it I had called prior a week before only to be redirected to purchase a used tire.
