Sent a 1990 FXR to GP Suspension to get a 39mm cartridge fork upgrade before shipping the bike to Australia. It is a seriously good upgrade. Expensive, but well worth it in my opinion. Jack was great, organising delivery and packing up for shipping to Australia. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with, let alone in the motorcycle industry. I got fork inserts ans rear shock for my lowrider S. Both times I picked up at the shop and both times they were ready way ahead of schedule and the communication and custome service was outstanding.....and then more importantly my bike absolutely shreds now. I upgraded from Ohlins and GP is the performance riders choice for sure! Thanks Fellas!

I put a set of GP Suspension cartridges in the forks of my Yamaha FJR1300 in 2017 and they absolutely transformed the bike. From the moment I pulled out of their parking lot onto the street I could feel the difference. So Much Control - perfect damping, lots of adjustability...the upgrade felt like it should've cost more than it did. Now, eight years and 80,000 miles later theyr'e still going strong (with regular service, of course). The whole team at GP, from the techs to the folks in the front office, are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend them to someone looking for the best suspension available.

Short version. I bought a used Harley that already had the GP Suspension on it and It rode rough. Got it over to GP Suspension and had them service the front forks. They put in lighter springs and help me dial it in for me. I couldn’t be happier. Long version. I knew I wanted a 2023 road glide CVO but I wanted to buy a used one. Went to San Diego Harley Davidson and they had one but I didn’t test it because I was too excited and half dumb. I bought it and wrote it home. Before I got on the freeway, it felt sexy and tight, but as I was running down the freeway, it felt rough. Gave GP Suspension a call and Breesa answered the phone and I asked a bunch of questions she help me to adjust my shocks and we came to the conclusion that the dude that had the bike before me was heavier than me. I set an appointment, came in and they serviced the front to find that the springs were too heavy for me and swapped them out. They had me take it for a ride, came back and asked questions. He adjusted it again and we repeated that process four to five times until it was super sexy. GP Suspension was 100% top notch. After doing an awful lot of research, and having past experience with several BIG names in H-D suspension products, I landed on using GP Suspension for a full custom build that I've been working on for some time. After receiving my order, it was extremely clear that this product was not like any other that I've experienced and simply exuded quality from every aspect. As an engineer myself, I pay very careful attention to detail, design, craftsmanship, and the list goes on... GP did NOT disappoint in any respective area! Installation was very straight-forward, but I did have a few questions on initial setup and fine-tuning of the suspension parameters. One quick phone call to the GP team and I had all of the information that I needed and more. Brisa sent me a detailed write-up that really made the process quite simple, but above and beyond that, she clearly knows the product inside and out and was able to offer a wealth of knowledge on my initial call to the company (i.e., no passing me off to person after person to get answers, she simply knew her "stuff", and knew it extremely well)!
