We’ve been coming here for the past few years for our oil changes and inspections, and Kevin is honestly one of the main reasons we keep coming back. It’s always nice to see a familiar face who remembers you and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of. Kevin is always kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. He never makes us feel rushed and always makes sure we’re happy with everything before we leave. Great customer service can be hard to come by, and Kevin definitely deserves recognition for consistently going above and beyond. Thank you, Kevin, for always making our visits such a great experience!

We have been bringing our vehicles here for maintenance for a few years. The team is super friendly and helpful and takes great care in the work that they do. Louie is a great mechanic and always takes the time to diagnose any problems and get the right fix. They always go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied

Had efficient service but stained my seat with oil and tried to blame me and say it was like that before they got in which was absolutely not true my car is brand new and it reeked of oil when I got inside of my car they tried to remove the stain but it still remains sooooo very upsetting they didn’t put a towel or something down before getting in my car brand new seat ruined replying only to good reviews but never bad ones my fiancé left one and they never replied will never come back here be aware of spending money here

My First Visit to Grease Monkey – Impressed! This was my first time visiting Grease Monkey, and I was genuinely impressed. The customer service was excellent—the staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any questions or concerns. They offer a wide range of products, more than many competitors, all at competitive prices. While waiting for my vehicle, I appreciated the thoughtful amenities: a coffee stand with complimentary drinks, a popcorn machine, and even a mini golf area in front of the building. These small touches made the experience enjoyable and memorable. I’ll definitely be returning
