I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Greentec EV & Hybrid Battery Repair in Dallas. I contacted their team last Friday about replacing the hybrid battery in my 2010 Toyota Prius. I live in Shreveport, Louisiana, so I really wasn’t sure what to expect as far as scheduling, installation, or how complicated the entire process might be. To my surprise, they immediately took care of everything and scheduled a technician to drive all the way from their Dallas location to my home in Shreveport on Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM. At exactly 8:00 AM, just as promised, Dillon pulled into my driveway ready to go. Before he touched the car, Dillon took the time to answer every question I had and confirmed that he had brought the exact battery I requested. He also explained the warranty to me—a full 24-month replacement warranty with NO mileage cap, which was extremely important to me since I put quite a few miles on my Prius. Once all of my questions were answered, Dillon went straight to work. His knowledge of hybrid vehicles was obvious from the beginning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience working with Dillan. From start to finish, he provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. What stood out the most was how honest, responsive, and helpful he was throughout the entire experience. It’s hard to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Dillan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Because of Greentec I was able to revive my paid off car and avoid acquiring a car payment. I called to order a hybrid battery which was quoted at half the cost of the dealership. It was ordered and installed in my car within three weeks. I failed to mention the battery was delivered to Oklahoma City from Dallas TX. The cost and customer service was such a relief. I only had to pay a deposit to order the battery and pay the balance after installation. Thank you so much Greentec, I absolutely love my car. And with the cost of gas, I appreciate my car.

These guys were such a wonderful alternative to paying twice what my old car is worth at the dealer. They were prompt, professional and got my car back running the very next day. I would definitely recommend GreenTec Auto for reconditioned Hybrid batteries. I am so grateful I found them!

My 2012 Prius needed a new hybrid battery and my mechanic recommended Greentec. I couldn’t be more pleased. I got an high capacity battery with 2yr warranty and installation was a breeze. They gave me a next day appointment and were very professional throughout the process. It’s been two weeks now and the battery is running great and also the car mileage went up. I would highly recommend Greentec to anyone with hybrid/EV battery needs.
