Never thought I’d say this about a mechanic shop, but I love this place. Everyone is super nice and helpful. And Sam is the absolute best!!! We always got our inspections done here and they were amazing, so knew this was the place to come for repairs too. I called back multiple times with questions about a major repair (whole AC kit and flush) and they were unphased and so polite and full of answers every call. Sam took the time to call me back after hours to make sure that everything was set for my repair. They got it down quickly, even quicker than promised and the repair went perfectly, the ac is now super cold and functioning perfectly!!! And at the best price (believe me, I called down the whole list of mechanics). Definitely recommend to everyone and will be back for every repair

I dropped off my 2014 Honda civic because it was leaking oil and the A/C stop working. Sam was really nice over the phone and let me know what time I can drop it off and how long it will take to diagnosis it. He later called me and told me how much it would be to fix the leak. He also recharged and tested my a/c for leaks. He was my second quote and he is an honest man! He charged me just what the other shop was quoting me to just fix the oil leak. The other shop said I had an a/c leak and Sam checked it and it did not have a leak. I have already recommended him to my friends. I will definitely continue to come here.

My family has gone to this auto place for years. They have really good prices, and quick service for a little auto store. Sam is wonderful and always so kind. I highly recommend to anyone needing auto repair work done. Easily a 10 star place! Ty Sam & team for all you do! Much appreciated! I forgot to post this when I came in for my oil change the other day.

Came in from out of town and my control arms had cracked, they were able to quote me accurate price and get me in and out same day which was amazing! Sam at the front desk was outstanding and helped through every step even letting me know what follow ups were needed that they weren’t able to do! I would recommend them to anyone passing through or local!

Great, honest mechanics and shop. My review is long but worth the read. Three awesome experiences so far! You will not find a more fair, reasonable or honest shop! If you want to do business with an upstanding man and truly honest team of mechanics, Sam and HB Auto is the place to go! I've known only a few great mechanics I really trusted, this is one of them. Let me preface with, I'm no mechanic, but have been turning a wrench working on my cars for over 20 years here and there. I'm no sucker, but even still, finding a good mechanic that is seasoned and has integrity isn't an easy task, especially during the "vetting" process. Often, today's mechanics can only quote you book knowledge, lacking a practical understanding of auto repairs. So, finding consistently, professional, trustworthy, auto-tuners can be challenging. 1st Visit: Before my first visit, March 2026, I was given a phone quote for nearly half the price other shops were charging for an engine coolant bypass valve, and tbh I was super nervous, but didn't wanna do the work myself. Sam answered and gave me a direct quote, got me in within a couple days, and while he would have preferred me leave the car if possible, h
