Great experience! They replaced my spark plugs and ignition coil in a timely manner. The owner Haik was nice, welcoming, and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Honest service, fair pricing, and quality work. I highly recommend this shop!

I never write reviews like this, but after what happened to me here, I feel like I have a responsibility to warn other people. I brought my car in for a cooling system replacement, straightforward job, right? Two hours after driving off the lot, my head gasket blew. Completely destroyed. After having it looked at, the cause was clear. A bleeder valve had been left open after the cooling system work. That’s it. That one careless mistake cost me thousands of dollars and left me without a vehicle. When I called the shop and spoke with the mechanic, Haik, he knew exactly what had happened. He told me over the phone that he would take care of the head gasket repair. I was frustrated, but I appreciated that. Mistakes happen, and I was willing to move forward in good faith. So I waited until I was ready to get the repair done and went back. That’s when things went from bad to worse. Haik told me he never said any such thing. Never promised anything. Never offered to fix it. Just completely denied the entire conversation. I was floored. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. I built my plans around what he told me. And when the time came to follow through, he walked it back without a second thoug

I found myself in a bit of a pickle when vacationing and Santa Barbara and my last night there my drivetrain malfunction morning came on and my BMW 6 series. I was 2 and 1/2 hours from home and unsure who I could trust. I read so many reviews and decided to call Haik's first thing the next morning. I was worried when I had to leave a message that no one would get back to me, but shortly thereafter Haik himself called me back, and not only was very helpful but was very empathetic! He fit my car in the same day and was willing to talk with my extended warranty company. I had to leave my car due to the extent of the problem in my partner had to be at work the next day. Haik was very informative. He explained the problem well and also clearly has a passion for his work! I was able to travel back to Santa Barbara within a few days to pick up my car and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and service there!

It’s rare to come across good people that are honest especially in the automotive industry. Haik was extremely helpful and upfront regarding the type of service he was going to provide. We had our Audi that needed brakes and instead of telling us that all of brakes needed to be changed, he was honest and told us exactly what needed to be replaced. If you want an honest mechanic, Haik’s shop is the place for you.

I would recommend anyone who has a Mercedes to have it worked on at Haik's. I had my brakes done and they were installed on time and at a reasonable cost. Not only were they installed in a timely manner, but the wheels came back fully cleaned. That's attention to detail. He even set my clock to the correct time, I could not, for the life of me, figure that out. Without pushy sales talk they gave me great recommendations for other work that should be done. Anyways, if you want your perfectly engineered German car worked on, go to a perfectly engineered mechanic. That would be Haik's.
