I am so appreciative of Charles & Juan. They really came through in helping me. Charles took the time in assisting me in trying to find the key to the tire. Although we couldn't find it, Juan removed a 3 inch nail out of my tire & was able to seal it in about 7 minutes. I was on my way to work and made it with no problems. Thank you both! 😀

DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES FROM HERE! I purchased a tire on 7/26 and literally had a blow out 5 days later they sale really bad tires ai called to see if there was anything they could do and they told me no although I have my receipt and they sold me a bad tire. literally had only been 5 days since I purchased the tire I will be filing a formal complaint with BBB for the unsafe practices at this establishment.

I would not recommend going here at all. I came in got a used tire everything went quick thought it was all fine. I kept trying to reset my tpms calibration after leaving and I couldn’t due to a system problem my car stated. Returned to the shop the man who put my tire on had an attitude took it off and told me he didn’t mess up the sensor. Mind you there’s no sensors in my tires my car uses indirect tpms. I was told to come back in the morning and the owner could look at my car and see what’s wrong. I get back home and I decided to just look at the tire myself and I see that it’s the wrong size tire. They put the wrong size tire on my car. Not only is that extremely dangerous that could’ve caused me massive mechanical issues that would be expensive to fix. I went back up there as soon as I noticed, and the man who put the tire in my car, gave me the most disgusted look ever and didn’t even come over and apologize or own up to his mistake. Just wanted to pout and look at me dirty. I finally get the right size tire and two days later I noticed there’s a hole in the tire and I have to go somewhere else to get it patched. I been coming here for tires and alignment since I was a teenager (I’m 53 now). Alignment is still around the same price and I have got tires here many times. Top notch service, but I was writing this review because of the gentleman that works in the alignment area. Honest as the day is long and the reason I have always been a customer. I drive 25+ miles just to come here and it’s guys like that that are honest about if you need it or not. Hard to find trustworthy people these days but let me know they still exist.

Honestly I only went to this place because it was my only option. I blew both drivers side tires on north 75 headed home a few states away and had to get towed somewhere that was open in the evening on Saturday to get them replaced. This was the only place that was open and had my size in stock. they sold me some cheap $160 tires for $220 each and tried to tell me their tires were better than the ones I had. completely taking advantage of my situation. I had to take them for lack of a better option. For Reference I had Pirellis before the accident and they were replaced with some Ironman brand tires. I will commend them for being open and doing the work quick, but hustling people with no options is a poor business model and frankly left me never wanting to travel through anywhere in Texas. So much for being a friendly state:/
