Very friendly and professional owner! Clarified all of the details for us and even gave me an extra piece of glass in case I needed an extra one! I really recommend this place and if you are in need of glass this is the place to go!

They have a friendly staff and are very knowledgeable on the color glass I needed. I like to support local businesses and found Harry's Glass Shop. After I shared the exact measurements the insert the glass would be to fit a bookshelf to go a little less which made perfect sense. I was able to find a glass in bronze that I needed for that bookshelf. The only reason I give a 4 star review is they didn't follow up after I paid the sameday after given the option to pay when I picked it up. I was told they would have to check their inventory (I went in the morning) but if they couldnt do it the same day they would contact me the next day. I waited until 2:30 pm (they close at 5pm) the next day and decided to call them because I had already paid the day before. They informed me they had the glass but would get someone to cut it right away. I was glad they contacted me within an hour of my call to pick up and was happy with their work. I understand that color glass is not common and since I had paid already if it took more time at least a call would be much appreciated.

I got a price from these guys on a hall mirror installation for $1625.00. Given that I shopped this requirement pretty hard I decided to go with Harry's and that was primarily based on price. In total I had four bids from local technicians: $900.00, $1625.00, $2350.00, $3200.00. I discarded the lowest and the highest and discussed the details with the remaining two, and I chose Harry's. So, essentially, they 'got the job' and told me they'd need to get exact measurements. Two guys come out to the worksite to assess the size and left. All good, nice workers. A couple of days later I received a call from someone named Robert who told me he wanted to give me the price for the work. 'Strange' I thought.... and so I listened. The job was NOT $1625.00 but a new price of $1975.00! I told him, 'Got it' and then I reflected for a day and decided to take a pass. The price is not the issue now. What matters is the fact they changed their ask. I'm guessing he figured it was easy money to make. 'Who'd care?' I care, hence I'm here writing a review. We have much more work in our 4000 square foot home, ahh, but none for them. This is clearly not the way to build a business.

These guys just fixed our problem for $5 in under 5 minutes. Amazing. Our beloved dog passed away last year and we ordered a beautiful custom engraved walnut box for his ashes. The only problem was that the glass for the front of the box, where the photo lays, did not fit in the frame. I tried sanding the wood down to fit the glass but was not very successful at it. I decided to go the other route and see if I could get the glass made smaller instead. I stopped in to Harry's today and everyone was so helpful and kind and, Larry (the owner), got the job done right away. I am so grateful. I will definitely be back here in the future if I ever need anything glass-related. Thank you, Harry's Glass Shop.

I emailed Harry's with the request for what i needed for our office and had an email quote back in less than 24 hours. They came to my office, took measurements, made my table top and delivered it back to my office in a week. They are the nicest company and people I have dealt with in a very long time, Teri especially! Thank you Harry's Glass Shop!! You rock the customer service and professionalism!!
