Some turd stole my catalytic converter, like I don’t have enough expenses in my life?! Asked ChatGPT how much it would cost and it said it could be as much as $4k but to call around and start with High Flow. Pepe was so nice, gave me a very reasonable quote and promised if I have any issues with smog I can come back to him. When the tow truck driver dumped me and my car in the road he helped me get it started and into his lot. While a lot of mechanic shops can make a woman feel uncomfortable or try to up sell on something no one here was anything but kind and helpful. I had a squeaking fan belt in my car, and he seems to have fixed that as well! When I got home, I recommended the shop to my neighbor who also had their converter stolen and were quoted at another shop more than I paid in total (including a cage to prevent theft) for parts alone.

This muffler shop is horrible please don’t do business here .. I asked Pepe to do a electric exhaust cut out install for my vehicle, he didn’t use all gaskets for exhaust and did not hook up the electric wiring .. Also he put some crappy metal on my exhaust cut outs to make up for the down pipes that he couldn’t fit after the fact.. Now my car has air seeping through the exhaust.. Be aware Pepe doesn’t know what he’s doing. One of the gaskets was not installed as well and crappy down pipes due to putting the cuts outs to close together so he couldn’t use the down pipes that came with the kit. Don’t take the job if you have sorry skills ..

I purchased some VERY expensive aftermarket mufflers(💰💵). I was looking for an experienced knowledgeable muffler shop. That wasn’t trying to RiP you off 😡. I was blessed to find High Flow Mufflers. Pepe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There was someone in front of me. My wait time wasn’t long (30min) my car 🚗 was in and out in 20min. Pepe is old school. He didn’t even have to do any measurements 😎. I will definitely be coming back if I need the service. Keep up the GREAT work MY Brown Pride Bro ✊🏾🙏🏾✊🏾

Had the pleasure of meeting Pepe & leaving my car in his care. When I initially called to see if he could service my Jeep right away, he told me to bring it in & that it would be a free consultation. Not only did he have the problem figured out in the first 15 minutes of my arriving at his shop, he even let me store it there for a couple of days as I was out of town. My car is back on the road and better than 50,000 miles ago, I made it a point to shake Pepe’s hand.
