This place is a hidden gem in CA. The place is crowded with many trucks parked on the street with mechanics working on them… yep that busy is this place! What makes this place special is how many mechanics work on this location, each bay has a mechanic working on a truck so the work is fast! You’re not going to be waiting long your turn until a mechanic is available unless is a mystery electrical diagnosis that requires a specialized mechanic and even with a difficult case they have very good mechanics to tackle your case. You can lounge under a canopy on the shop it has sofas chairs and tables to eat but is not very clean so if you’re a clean freak this place is not for you! The majority of the mechanics are Hispanic but they speak English as well, if you’re not from around and don’t have a place to sleep and your truck is not done on the same day you can sleep on your truck but you have to ask for permission. The majority of the drivers that come to this place are Hispanic but people from different countries come to fix their trucks here due to the quality of work that they do on this place, they work on all kinds of engines makes and models so no truck with a diesel engine wil

This place absolutely terrible. If you're not willing to let your truck be gone 3 to 4 months, then do not bring it her. Brought my truck here last December And i've been having problems with it ever since. They Mickey Mouse, just enough to give it back.And in about two weeks , I have the same problems. Why not take it somewhere else you ask? It's under an open invoice , so I have no choice but to bring it back here and let them keep it. If you're in the Long Beach area, there is plenty of other shops I would definitely look into for next time

My Volvo truck was towed to this shop after several unsuccessful attempts to fix a computer issue at another shop. I dropped it off in the afternoon and received a diagnosis and an estimate the next morning, including options for sourcing parts to save money. The ECU was eventually replaced. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient, and the final invoice matched the estimate exactly. I highly recommend this shop.

I found this place after spending a lot of money. I think Nelson and his very professional and polite colleagues are the best choice for troubleshooting electronic problems and computer systems. I went to many mechanics and spent a lot of money. In the first meeting, they suggested the last solution and this was not professional. But Nelson and his friends, with an initial and step-by-step examination, reach a conclusion and choose a solution. Thank you to them.

Very knowledgeable. Not meny employees speak English but they do a great job. Always busy, need to get in line 2hrs before they open to reserve a spot...
