I had a fantastic experience at this shop and will absolutely be coming back. Mark took care of my car and was refreshingly honest from the start - no upselling, no surprises, just straightforward communication about what my car actually needed. The turnaround was incredibly quick, which I really appreciated since I depend on my car daily. It's rare to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, and Mark is the real deal. Highly recommend!

Mark has always been the greatest person to me and my entire family. He’s done nothing but show me love towards me my vehicle and every other one that I have brought to him his son especially James. He was a big help when I was down and out and low on cash, he was very polite and very respectful. Love this place would recommend for anybody with the mini Cooper or Bmw. They’ve been here for 30+ years family owned.

This place is the absolute best! They’re brilliant mechanics, honest, and never take advantage. Every time I go, whether it’s an oil change or repair, I’m impressed with their knowledge, skill, and kindness. I never feel like they’re overcharging me or upselling. They’re good people and even better mechanics. Can’t recommend Mark and his crew enough!

House of BMRs is simply the best. These guys truly know their stuff, and more importantly, they’re genuinely good people. When a very expensive part failed on my BMW, they immediately suggested I call BMW to see if it might be under warranty — even though that option would have cost them business. BMW initially told me it wasn’t covered. House of BMRs could have stopped there and charged me thousands without me ever knowing otherwise. Instead, they insisted I call back and ask specifically about the emissions warranty, which is separate from the standard manufacturer warranty. As it turned out, the repair was fully covered. The fact that House of BMRs put my best interests first — even when it meant not making money — says everything about their integrity. That level of honesty is incredibly rare these days. Customer for life.

This is the quintessential family run business that has the most experience on BMW's hands down outside of Bavaria! Mark and Sons are courteous and are eager honest people to deal with. I have been going to them for about a year now for big and small repairs and never once been disappointed by the service provided nor the price quoted.
