Very responsive. A month ago was looking for a Sanden AC compressor for an International truck and they had what I needed while the other stores around LA were out and had to wait for 2-3 days to transfer from distribution center. Yesterday, I was looking to purchase 2 radiators for our Cascadia trucks. Anthony was helping me both times and he rushed my order to the warehouse and was able to pick up the same day. I went with aftermarket option even though his deal on the OEM radiator was very good. Yes, a bit too far from LA but I had drivers going through that area so it was a quick pit stop both times and they had the parts ready so no delay.

June 5th , i do a precheck in the morning, surprise surprise, crack in the plastic top of the radiator, called my mechanic, he sad" dude, i'm booked, i can take you in this afternoon and replace the radiator tomorrow" , well, that's not good, so i told him i'm going to stray out of our relationship and find someone else , he said no problemo So i found Industry Radiators, called around 8.15 am, spoke with Anthony, he gave me 2 options, OEM or Aftermarket, i choose Aftermarket, cause i'm not a billionaire, he gave me the address ( the actual shop is at a different address) , i asked him how long will it take , he said 1hr30min, i was thinking, " yeah right buddy" i get there, did not even get out of the truck , 3 mechanics already started, had to stop them to confirm everything , all good i started the timer, felt like i took the truck to a nascar team, if there would be some kind of Radiator Replacement Olympics, these guys will take the gold medals sure thing, 1hr24min later repair was done, main radiator replaced 1 year warranty, the other 2 radiators cleaned , pressure washed, paperwork done, 100% professional good team, reasonable prices, excellent communication

Leaking radiator on my new Peterbilt 579 left me helpless and stranded on side of narrow bridge. A Very dangerous spot and a very stressful situation. After limping to safety, I called multiple Dealerships who quoting $5000 - $6000 for repairs and having to wait two days for replacement. Luckily, I was referred to “INDUSTRIAL RADIATORS” by Northern Radiator ( a wholesaler of after market radiators to Peterbilt and Kenworth dealerships.) Northern Radiators highly recommended “INDUSTRIAL RADIATORS” The “INDUSTRIAL RADIATORS” shop manager, Anthony, who took my call, not only he gave me a super deal on the parts, but himself and his highly professional and expert team, replaced the parts and reinstalled everything back to its original condition, and got me out of there in less than two hours and less than $2K in overall repairs cost. Based on Anthony recommendations, I selected the more expensive Northern Radiator with triple cores radiator over dual core radiator that the dealerships were going to install. I was in and out in less than 1 hr for radiator job and the crew take care of you guys so I would recommend you
