I’ve been a customer here for a few months now after getting a full set of four new tires last year for my VW GTI, and today just reinforced why I won’t be going anywhere else. With all the construction on the highways lately, I ended up picking up a nail in one of my tires. I stopped by without an appointment, expecting to have to wait or come back later, but they took me in right away without hesitation. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They had everything taken care of in about an hour. What really stood out was that there was no charge because the repair was covered under warranty. No hassle, no pushy upsells, just honest service and a genuine willingness to help. That kind of integrity is rare. On top of that, their waiting area is one of the nicest I’ve seen. It is clean, comfortable, and clearly designed with customers in mind. And the people working there are truly some of the nicest you will meet. It is exactly the kind of small business you hope to find: trustworthy, friendly, and consistently delivering great service. They have earned my loyalty, and I would not consider going anywhere else. As a woman who is definitely not a "car person," car repair can feel intimidating! I had a great experience here getting work done on my squeaking brakes plus an oil change. I got there right at opening and it took about 2-3 hours, so I just walked to a coffee shop nearby and worked until they called me to come back. They have a comfy seating area with Wi-Fi if you want to stay. They weren't aggressive at all and didn't push unnecessary services. They even told me that my back brakes were fine, so we didn't need to do those. That made me feel confident that I wasn't getting taken advantage of. I even appreciated that while I was paying at pick-up, they moved my car so it was easy to exit the busy parking area. I hate having to back out onto a busy street or maneuver through tightly-parked cars in a car shop, so that small gesture was appreciated. I'll definitely be back for whatever car repairs may come up in the future!

This is the only place I will take my car to be worked on. The staff has always been extremely helpful and courteous and they are upfront about estimated costs etc. They are extremely communicative through the entire process and don't try to upsell anything. This team clearly values their customer base and consistently provide top-notch service. Would give more than 5-stars if I could.

All I can say is WOW! This place is incredible. I've been a customer for many years and their establishment makes me feel like I've went back in time, such a great feeling. Good customer service, good prices, great service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
