Jaimes told me I needed to replace both upper and lower control arms on both sides for about $1,500. They also recommended that I get new tires. I got a second opinion and was told my control arms were fine. I only needed new tires. I spent about $600 on four new tires, and the car has been fine since. This means I would’ve paid $1,500 for unnecessary repairs. Ironically, tires were the only real issue. I don’t recommend going there. I can’t trust their word after this experience. It honestly feels like they were trying to get me to pay for the control arms just to make more money. They could’ve replaced the tires, called it a day, and let me leave believing I had bad control arms because I trusted their work and their word.

I brought my car in for an alternator replacement. After them calling to inform me my vehicle was ready and I went to pick it up they stated my battery was no good. I bought a battery from them and before leaving I noticed my screen, radio, and backup camera wasn’t working..it was working prior to arriving at the shop. After the shop was unable to figure it out, I was told I needed dealer programming for the radio, which was not explained beforehand. I am now dealing with additional issues that were not present before service and require further repair elsewhere. Communication could have been much better. If they couldn’t handle the job all the way through they should not have agreed to complete the work. If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would have rated my experience.

I initially thought Jaime's was great because their prices are so reasonable but I am now paying for that mistake. I had several parts replaced on my Audi Q5 and now every single part has already failed or is failing due to improper installation. I recommend looking elsewhere for everything you need. At one point they stripped my oil pan screw from using a power tool to do a simple oil change. My car leaked all the oil by the next morning. They "fixed" it by welding it to the oil pan. I than had to pay another $400 to replace the entire pan only for them to forget to put the $0.99 gasket that leaked all my oil out again. I had them replace my control arms and the ball joints literally snapped. My car is literally undrivable and I am now having to replace the same parts at a different shop. I hate putting down a small business but these mistakes have now costed me thousands of dollars to fix, and even more so the fact that they botched something as simple as an oil change.

This shop used to be great, but the quality of work has gone downhill. Jaime was honest and reliable in the past, but since the shop expanded and you now have to deal with multiple people, the service and trust are no longer there. I’m disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. I can no longer trust this location.
