Joe is a life saver. Our car hit a tire on the highway and it damaged our front-bottom cover. It is quiet late (Friday 9PM). But Joe was still glad to the repair shop, investigated the damage carefully, and did a quick fix so that we can continue our trip. He is also friendly, and advice what to notice on the road. I would strongly recommend Joe if you need a road side assistance.

JB went absolutely above and beyond for me. Could not recommend his services more, especially for anyone in a pinch! he got me in within minutes, was extremely friendly and communicative throughout, was upfront about the costs, and did a stellar job. Even topped up my coolant free of charge, and didn’t mention it until i pointed it out. Seriously great guy! God bless you brother 🙌

I came here after my dashboard warning light turned on unexpectedly during a short trip. They ran diagnostics and found a minor sensor fault rather than anything serious. I liked that they didn’t exaggerate the issue or suggest unnecessary repairs. The fix was quick and they reset the system while explaining what caused the error. I was in and out within an hour. The waiting area was quiet enough for me to relax and check emails. The straightforward approach made me feel comfortable, especially since I’m not very familiar with car electronics.

My husband and I were traveling from Fresno to San Diego on a Sunday when the check engine light turned on at the beginning of our trip. We found JB Auto on Google and gave Joe a call. Joe answered our call even though he wasn’t even in town. He took the time to listen to our story and give us his professional opinion based on our comments. He was EXTREMELY helpful and generous. He offered to call his son up for us so he could come and assess the car. He was very transparent with the cost of his services, with it being a Sunday, and gave us alternative options. We are very happy to have found Joe on Google and appreciative that he could help us out very quickly in a stressful situation. I would not hesitate to give Joe business again if we are ever in the area.

Joe is an incredibly honest and trustworthy mechanic. Had an issue with a coil pack on a Honda and he got me sorted within a day so I can continue with my road trip. Very honest and clear communication, good pricing and an overall amazing experience.
