I went in to have my front wheels balance & rotated. The balance was decent. I asked the tire techs to add 65lbs. of pressure to my tires and when they were mounting my wheels back on i asked again if they put 65lbs. and the tech said "yeah". The next day I went to a local gas station to check my tire pressure because something did not feel right when driving and the tire machine said 50lbs. of pressure in each front tire. So they lied and also did not replace my valve stem caps. I will not be returning to Joe's Tires on Market st. In the future I will stick with a big corporate tire shop. I would NOT recommend! 👎

Do not buy from here. Worst place ever. They sold me incomplete items. Once i had already paid they wanted me to chose another set of rims i did not like over a week after they had already processed the payment. Had them pay me my money back. My wife bought new tires and rims for her suv and was flat the next day because they did not correctly install the tire. Low quality service and install. Como va el dicho "lo barato sale caro". Hopefully somebody opens a tire shop with good prices and good honest service not this circus act they got going on. No compren aqui. Busquen otros lugares mas humildes ellos comen de lo que un dia FUE esa llantera. No soy el unico que lo piensa.

Fast, professional and affordable! I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. They had the size I needed in stock and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service at a fair price.

“Bait and Switch Con game”…. BE WARNED. Please get it in writing. How shameful of these people. Making us Hispanics look bad. Verbal confirmation that tires in stock price is $40 per used tire. Got car on jack immediately, then 2nd person comes and states tires are NOT in stock price goes up (I’m at there mercy because my car is on jacks). 3rd person comes out and tells me $140 for two new tires. Now I’m getting upset and confronted them about the price switches. 4th person (woman) comes at me upset acting like this is my fault. They kept upping the price telling me I should just buy 2 new tires. I’m left with two tires, one of them too big and way over $80 verbally set.

Terrible experience. I’m a revisiting customer and go to get tires replaced with the ones I bought. I told them before hand that if you could be careful with the rims. After the fact 3 of the rims were scratched. They didn’t tell me anything. One of them was scratched prior to me bringing them which was fine. Very unprofessional when I brought up the situation. Telling me the rims were already scratched when I got there. Which I know and would be honest if all of them were but it was just one. Instead of simply apologizing or anything the guy there had been very rude and getting loud. Definitely will not be returning because of this poor customer service. The whole crew as well was just pointing and laughing while I was talking to one of the managers of the shop as well. Very very poor work.
