I needed to get a new engine installed in my car ( Ford Escape Titanium, Orange), oil filter leaked, engine blew. The guys at Johnnys sourced a new engine and installed it in my car. It is better than ever. So happy with the work. Great job. They test drove my car for a week with no issues. Eric was great. Gave me a warranty and told me to come back anytime with any issues. Super professional shop, everyone welcoming and in uniform. The right spot for big or small jobs. Could not be happier. Thanks guys. TIM Ask for Eric, you will be well cared for.

Eric and everyone at the shop are the most caring mechanics I have ever been too. Couldn’t recommend this mechanic shop enough!! I have told all my friends to go to him and he is simply the BEST. Every time anything goes wrong with my car, I give him a call and he can usually fix it within the day and gives me the most fair price. As a woman, it’s hard to find a reliable mechanic that won’t take advantage of you and make you fix things you don’t need to or overcharge you for basic service. Eric and his team are the opposite of this, he fixes only the things that need to be fixed and he’s always trying to find ways to make the end price as affordable as possible. He’s the reason my car is still running so smooth! Love this mechanic shop. You won’t regret going. At Johnnys auto they got your back!

FINALLY a Toyota technician I can trust and who does FANTASTIC work!!! Eric and his crew are top notch professionals - honest, experienced, highly skilled. I had a critical repair I needed help with on my 2004 4Runner. Eric didn't blink an eye, and by late afternoon, my years-long problem was solved. When another issue popped up, rather than jump to an expensive potential fix, Eric worked with me to troubleshoot and report back to solve the issue. I'm honestly trying to think of more reasons to go see Eric, but I'll have to wait until the next one pops up. Thanks for giving me confidence in my vehicle and service!!!

I've been going to Johnnie's back when Johnnie owned it, lol! So a long time. We continue to go under the ownership and management of Eric and would never go anywhere else. He and my husband "talk cars" and Eric has never steered us wrong. Sometimes he recommends something we didn't know needed to be done, sometimes he says "you don't need that," and always he does excellent work and is quick, personable, and reasonable. I highly recommend taking your cars and trucks here.

He took the time to counsel me through what I could do and helped me figure out how to get my car back safely. The moment I was able to get my car back, I brought it straight to him—and he had it fully repaired in under 24 hours. Not only was the work fast and impeccable, but the pricing was incredibly fair. He charged exactly what was needed and not a cent more. What stands out most is his integrity. Eric genuinely cares about people, not just cars. He’s kind, honest, and clearly committed to doing right by his customers in every way. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, speed, and that level of humanity.
