Very quick service and saved me from spending an obscene amount of money! They isolated the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Also, free auto check up is amazing. The shop is close to Utsa, had my car towed straight there after it started smoking, super easy! Highly recommend!

I was recommended to John by a friend who has been dealing with him for years. But this is my FIRST experience and it doesn’t deserve the one star given. I was told to be here early arriving at 8:15 since he opens at 9am. By 10, FOUR vehicles came and went after waiting and I continued waiting given the benefit of doubt due to the rainy weather. Another customer waiting mentioned that he’s supposedly always available but wasn’t answering his call. I call and left a message; called a second time realizing that he uses Magic Jack. Is that still a thing? Anyway, I won’t be coming back. I can give my hard earned money to someone who deserves it. And if John isn’t available on or around the holidays, then maybe it should not be painted on said business. Very frustrating to say the least. 11:45….hasn’t returned called or arrived.

Honest friendly repair shop, they could have charged something for what they did do. But they didn't change a dime. My work vehicle sat in his shop for over a week and a half. They checked it after me calling many times and going over there several times trying to figure out what was happening. They were unable to give me an idea of what the electrical problem could be,, like they had no idea. I got a very strong impression they weren't interested in my business or that they even needed my business. If you choose to take your vehicle here, I hope you have a different experience.

I went to talk to the owner about dropping my car off. He Said drop it on tomorrow (Saturday) at 9AM. I got there 10 minutes early but they was closed. It was 9:50AM when they finally got there. I went to check on my Caron Monday and the owner said he’s going out of town and will be closed until next Monday. So I went up there to check on my car the following Tuesday. The owner said he just got back today and he’ll look at the car tomorrow (Wednesday). When I went up there on Wednesday the owner said he still haven’t got to my car yet but he promised he’ll know something by 5PM later that day. So 5PM came and gone but never heard from anybody there. I went up there after work on Thursday and my car was still sitting I. The exact same place I parked it when I first dropped it off and of course nobody still haven’t touched my car. So finally after 13 days I just went to pick up my car and took it to another auto repair shop.

I took my car here when I couldn't find what was wrong. The owner Juan was straight forward and offered me a lower price than Goodyear. I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up before the end of the day. Service was fast and good for the price.
