Went in to get my transmission electronic valve body replaced. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Initially I was given a higher quote than expected, but it seems to be an error by their part supplier. After clarifying what part was required we were able to agree to a reasonable quote. Will visit again for my car servicing

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this mechanic shop. I originally brought my car in because the rear portion of my car’s roof was leaking, and water was coming out from the back panel/trunk area inside the vehicle. I never told them that the sunroof itself was leaking. After inspecting the vehicle, they told me the issue was caused by clogged sunroof drains and blocked drainage lines. Originally, they quoted me around $750 for the repair, but then later agreed to do the work for about $550. I paid the amount and was assured the problem was fixed and that the vehicle would no longer leak. Unfortunately, the leak was still there immediately after the repair. When I brought the car back, they told me they would “take care of me” and look into it further. However, the next day I received a call saying that I supposedly needed an entirely new sunroof because they had found a crack in a component associated with the sunroof. They quoted me around $1,500 for the repair, including about $750 just for the part. What upset me the most was that this “crack” was never mentioned during the original inspection, even though they had already worked on the drains and
