My auto glass replacement was through my insurance who uses Safelite. While they didn't list KV in the top three, they should be your first call. Why? First, responsiveness. It took one call to set it up! Second, timeline. We found a time within 24 hours. Third, prompt. He was here exactly when he promised. Fourth, speed. He was done in under 2 hours. He installed the new window and recalibrated the sensors, cleaned up after himself and even put the FasTrak back up. Fifth, clear information. He told me exactly what to expect as the new windshield set. They have a shop that also does tires and brakes. Other firms wanted to keep my car for 8 hours and drive it in. This happened at my home. And it's ready to go.

My front windshield of my 2013 Toyota Camry had a 6 inch crack along the right side. I didn’t think it was a big deal but it started getting bigger and bigger. I started worrying and calling around for anyone who could help. No one could see me as early as KV Auto Glass. They were super accommodating, supportive, and professional. Just got the front windshield fixed today and it looks brand new. The person doing it was super fast and thorough. Prices were very reasonable. I’d highly recommend KV Auto Glass

They SAVED my life! They are professional, efficient, friendly and honest, the best you can ever find! They also have mobile service and they drive to you. I was in my road trip from Seattle to LA, and unluckily got my car broke in and the passenger side quarter glass knocked out in Santa Clara. All the other glass shops are either lack of glasses or charging extremely expensive for it. On the phone call, Ken immediately arranged me the earliest time slot and came to my place on the earliest availability. He not only carefully cleaned the remaining glasses but also vacuumed small pieces all over around. They are so honest and they don’t replace the chrome as others do to make more money from you. And I get to resume my trip with true glass on my car instead of tape.
