I recently had to return my leased Tesla Model Y, and I wanted to make sure it was in great condition before turning it in. Three of the wheels had curb rash ranging from light to fairly severe, and the right front bumper had popped out slightly and needed to be pushed back into place. From past experience, I know leasing companies can charge a premium for even minor damage, so it was important to get everything repaired beforehand. I decided to call Laguna Auto Service because I wanted to support a local business, and they had an outstanding online reputation. Around 1:00 p.m., I called to get a quote for repairing the three wheels. Mo, the owner, answered the phone and quoted me $200 per wheel. I drove over so he could inspect the car, and after taking a look, he told me he could also pop the front bumper back into place. We agreed to meet on Monday. When I got home, I realized I actually had to return the car the following Wednesday—and it was already Saturday! I called Mo back, explained the situation, and without hesitation he told me to bring the car on that same day. I really wish I’d had a trustworthy, fair experience with this auto service both times I had occasion to use their services for my Porche Macan ( the first time I went was for an oil change and left having to need an emergency replacement battery on top of oil service). I returned when the drained battery I “urgently needed to replace otherwise there’d be no guarantee that I wouldn’t be stranded ” after the initial routine oil change, was covered under warranty, yet I was being asked to pay an inflated amount for the service of exchanging it. After my regular dealership service advisor asked me to take pictures of the battery that Wouk be put in along it’s the one that was taken out, in order not to null my extended warranty with a sub-par battery brand- Chris the Laguna Auto Service agent agree to first lower the service charge from $210 to $150, then when I arrive ti pick up my car waived the fee entirely for no apparent reason on his own cognizance, and I believe by his disturbance that I’d taken pictures of the battery to be used and had previously asked that a picture of the battery removed from my vehicle be taken as well.

Improper Jump-Start Procedure • You guys destroyed my car along with local AAA . • If you work for AAA you should know how to properly hook cables to a Mercedes-Benz..... • There is a metal rod sticking up at one side of the battery and the other is normal. Thats your poz and neg, Not brain surgery After AAA messed up the battery it was towed to this location LAGUNA AUTO SERVICE for diagnostics . • Laguna Auto Service DID NOT diagnose the car properly , instead called me to say the windows wont roll up and that i need a new engine and i need to remove my vehicle or its an extra storage fee to keep it there. • Still not realizing that AAA fried my battery due to the jumper cables hooked up incorrectly I assumed that what Laguna Auto Service says from the diagnostics i paid for is correct that in fact i need a new engine and im basically out of a car and what a shame.No quote on a new engine no suggestions on what to do just please remove your car or you will be charged a fee for storage . Further Complications and Dealership Intervention So i had my car towed locally to a church by my house because I park in the main public parking structure in Laguna beach and you cant have a car

I’ve been bringing my Porsche macans to Laguna Auto Service Center and I can honestly say they are one of the most trustworthy and reasonable shops I’ve ever dealt with. They treat my car with a high level of respect every time I come in, and you can tell they genuinely care about the work they do. What I appreciate most is how honest and knowledgeable they are. I fully trust their expert opinion and never feel like I’m being upsold or taken advantage of. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure the job is done right. I’ll definitely continue coming back here for all my maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional auto shop.
