The guys at LTEK Diagnostics did an absolutely amazing job!They didn't just clear the codes; they performed a thorough step-by-step diagnostic. They verified my software, tested the DEF quantity and concentration, and found the root cause of the issue (faulty non-OEM NOx sensors installed by a previous shop).What impressed me the most was their dedication—they ran a forced SCR regeneration and monitored the vehicle for over 6 hours until the efficiency reached the perfect target value and the inducement was fully cleared.They are incredibly honest, professional, and detailed. Even though I chose to finish the final parts replacement at my own base, they gave me clear, expert recommendations on exactly what to do next. I am writing to share my excellent experience with LTEK Diagnostics. When my 2019 Peterbilt went into derate, I was fortunate to find their team. Sebastian provided exceptional service from the start, offering a positive attitude while guiding me through the entire process. Breakdowns suck! Sebastian made it painless. Following his advice, I easily dropped my trailer at Safe Truck Parking nearby (1157 La Media Road). Once I arrived, the owner, Louie, along with Victor went right to work. Louie instantly ordered the part once I gave the authorization; it sounded as if there were multiple recipients providing quotes. Met Oscar too, respected diagnostic guru. The entire team was focused and efficient throughout the repair. Afterwards Louie provided a complimentary inspection of my tractor. I guess if you treat them well they will return the favor. The Price was Right. It’s hard to find a good team dedicated to efficient and quality service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend LTEK Diagnostics for their professionalism and expertise.
