I have been taking my BMW 3 Series to MB German since 2018. Mike and Tony have taken excellent care of my car ever since. They are never pushy or trying to sell you services you don't need. At the same time, they always point out potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance before small issues turn into expensive repairs. One experience really stood out. When my car had oil leaks, Mike took the time to explain exactly what was happening, what work was required, and what it would cost. When I told him it was an expensive repair and asked if it was really necessary, he didn't pressure me at all. Instead, he told me to go home, research the issue online, or even get a second opinion from another shop, then come back if I decided to move forward. That kind of confidence and transparency is hard to find these days. They may not be the cheapest shop in town, but if you're looking for honest advice, high-quality work, and a mechanic you can trust for the long term, I highly recommend MB German.

Paid $900, supplied my own part, told him not to guess. He guessed. Misfire still active. Brought my 2015 VW GTI in for a confirmed cylinder 2 misfire (P0302). I had already done my own diagnostics before drop-off — swapped the coil pack and spark plug to other cylinders, misfire stayed on cylinder 2, ruling both out. He quoted $600 over the phone using his own parts, which I agreed to. When I showed up, he pulled a bait-and-switch: he would only honor the $600 price if I supplied my own part. I had an OEM Bosch fuel injector at home but hadn't brought it because the original agreement was that he would supply parts. He knew this and still changed the terms at drop-off, forcing me to go home, retrieve my own part, and return — just to hold him to a price he had already quoted. I told him directly: I do not want this injector thrown in if it isn't confirmed as the cause. I want the misfire fixed. He acknowledged this. He then told me it was 90% likely the coil or plug — the exact two components I had already tested and eliminated. He installed my injector anyway without confirming it was the fault. It didn't fix the misfire. The quote continued to change. $600 on the phone became $6

I've been bringing my 2005 bmw here for a couple of years now and I love this place so much!!! I always get the best service and the best recommendations. My car has a lot of issues, but I always can trust Mike & Tony's recommendations. l've gotten oil changes, hoses replaced etc and each time the job is done in a timely manner and is perfectly cared for and fixed! This is my only spot I trust for my car, so thankful I found this place!

Tony and Mike at M B German Car Services are the real deal. I recently brought my Audi in for service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were incredibly thorough, clearly explained the issues and the best way to address them, and handled everything with professionalism. My car was ready on time, the work was top-notch, and the price was fair. I would trust them with any issue that comes up—thanks again, guys!

My son is away at college in the Santa Clara. He BMW 128i shut down while driving on the freeway. Short story is I found MB German car service after calling some BMW specialists in that area. Took the leap of faith after talking to the owner by phone several times. He was very patient with me and did solid work on the car at reasonable BMW repair prices. Very knowledgeable about the car. Good communicator. . I have confidence the car was repaired correctly and at a fair price. I highly recommend this garage and would return for service in the future. Provides caring personal attention that no dealer can, and for significantly lower prices. Oh, was able to get the car in just a couple days after me calling him. Big bonus.
