My overall experience with MAACO was excellent. The staff was professional and polite. The paint job was excellent. I got a color change and I was blown away at the quality they put into repainting my car. The prices are reasonable as well. I recommend this MAACO site to everyone.

Dear Kevin, I am writing regarding the paint services performed on my 2021 BMW X6 from 10/17/25 to 10/20/25 at your facility located at 5625 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX 77081 (Center #11428). Upon retrieving my vehicle, I identified multiple significant issues, including: Extensive paint overspray on areas not included in the service (notably the backend underside) A distorted and damaged backup camera that was fully functional prior to service Widespread paint defects across the entire vehicle, including fisheyes, debris in the paint, and an overall poor finish These issues indicate that the work was not performed in a good and workmanlike manner and have materially impacted my vehicle. I would like to resolve this matter promptly. I previously email you on 11/18/2025 to resolve this matter and did not receive a response. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss a resolution, which may include a refund and/or covering the cost of proper repairs. Please note that I am also preparing a formal written notice under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and obtaining independent repair estimates. I look forward to your prompt response. Kevin and his team done an awesome two tone paint and bodywork job on my 1978 Corvette body. I want to give 10 stars but google only allows 5. Pictures are taken off site before and after. + during paint on location. I highly recommend having Kevin and his crew for any bodywork and paint on your classic or every day ride. BTW: I had dust on my lens with the picture of the rear of the car. Sorry about that

When I entered, Kevin took care of me right away! This was definitely within my budget compared to other body shops. I’m shocked at how fast and reliable they are compared to any other body shop as they finished the work on my car in 2 DAYS! I would 100% recommend Maaco to anyone who needs any assistance for their car. Sophia was amazing as well! She took care of me in fast, timely manner and she was super nice. I felt relieved that I found my new home for anything that happens to my car. 100/10 SERVICE!!!! 🔥🙌🏽💯
