I had an outstanding experience with Marconi Radio from start to finish. They did an incredible job with our home theater and smart home installation, integrating everything seamlessly through Control4, including our TVs, in-ceiling speakers, security cameras, and other smart home features. The entire installation was handled with a high level of professionalism. I was especially impressed by how clean and organized all of the wiring was. Everything was installed neatly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Now that everything is integrated through Control4, the entire home is incredibly convenient and easy to manage. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and overall craftsmanship really exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely happy with the finished result and would highly recommend Marconi Radio to anyone looking for a professional home theater, whole-home audio, TV, security camera, or smart home installation. Very misleading. I brought in a vintage tape deck, showed how I had already opened it up and saw that a part that was supposed to be moving wasn’t moving. I saw I checked the belt it seemed ok but the mechanisms stop. I said it would need to be opened further to see what’s wrong. He said we diagnose it for $35. I said ok you open it further and look? Because I don’t know enough to open it further. He said yes. Then he calls and says “it seems like it’s old and dry but we’d have to open it up to really know. It will cost $240. I said but that’s why I brought it to you to open it and check. He said “you think for $35 we would open it up further?!” Omg. This was a weird ripoff and waste of time. They could have saved me driving all the way there (but first you have to drive to their up old location because they haven’t updated maps app,) and $35 to just tell me we’re not not going to look further than you already did. Amazing. Total waste of time.

Repaired my Sansui G9000 to as good as it was when I purchased it new in 1979. And at a very reasonable price in a timely manner.

I took my Yamaha CR 2020 stereo receiver for repair. I wasn’t to sure if this stereo was salvageable since it’s over 40 years old. I was very pleasantly surprised! In less than 2 weeks my stereo was repaired, and playing like new. They were very attentive and prompt at diagnosing the problem and getting me a quote. The repair costed me a lot less than I thought. I will take all my future stereo needs to Marconi. Joel

Marconi Radio has repaired 2 Vintage Receivers for me and they sound better than new. Delio went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their service , I would recommend them to anyone needing electronics repair or service. Excellent work, good communication and fair prices.
