I completely trust this shop. They have worked on two of my Audi cars and both times they have helped us. They work hard to find the issues. They have never done work that is unnecessary and do not try to up charge for additional work

OMS!! Where do I start!?! Well, my sister sold me her Beamer about 15-18 years ago and she said she only took her automobiles to Master European. Mr. Ruben and his so. Ruben, Jr are absolutely amazing!?! Ladies, if you have a car you love please give these gentleman an opportunity to show you how we as ladies are to be treated. I e never gone to a shop and they tell you to go home and bring your car back with the oil is approximately auburn. Meaning the car didn’t need an oil change yet. That saved me money and earned them all the respect I could possibly give them and then some! I love them like family. Not only have they taken care of my Beamer, however they also take care of my MB C-350, my E-350 AND my Range Rover! I trust them with my babies and I never need to go to the dealership because of a recall. These men are amazing blessings from God! I just gave my niece in Florida a description of Mr. Ruben and told her that’s the type of mechanic/shop to look for regarding her E-350! As a matter of fact, it’s time to get the oil changed in my babies. I so look forward to speaking with them. They are genuine lovers of Christ and know how to, not only treat with the utmost res

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Master European Automotive, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Their knowledgeable attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the service, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Moreover, the pricing was very reasonable, which is always a plus. I brought my vehicle here for a repair and the electrical system has not worked properly since. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the owners response did not address the issue. I am very disappointed in the response and inaccurate reply that did not attempt to address the issue. As a Veteran I would expect that honesty and integrity would be most important, but this business has fallen short for its handling of the situation. I paid and did all the suggestive repairs only to receive a vehicle that is not safe for my son to drive. I cannot even attempt to sell at its present condition. I have receipts and the module that was said the be at the shop for the reply to the BBB. Very dishonest!!!

I took my car here a few years ago and can I say wow they are very professional and understanding. I tried replacing my air intake system and caused a massive air leak that wouldn’t ruined the whole engine luckily they were able to fix the awful mess I left the car in when I tried doing it myself. They are one of the few shops that even allows you to take your own parts to have installed. They even solved a problem that several other well known mechanics couldn’t even figure out. Pricing was cheap and fair. I believe Ruben even showed me future problems that may arise and how I may fix them efficiently on my own. Will be bringing my Audi back when I get stumped again.

I've been a regular customer here since 2014. This is the only place I've brought my BMWs and Lexus. They've even worked on my Nissan truck. Bottom line: This is a respectable business that does good work that is warrantied. They even offer military discounts. They tell it like it is and try to save you money. Very highly recommend!

This father and son team are always ready to explain in detail they're opinion and advice on the best way to maintain your vehicle. They believe "why cut corners if you drive a high-end vehicle." I have used them for over 15 years while owning at one point; BMW-2, Mercedes-2, and Jaguar-2 vehicles. I will continue to use their expertise and remain a grateful customer. They have provided me with excellent customer service every time I’ve taken my car to them. They make the necessary repairs and provide honest opinions about any potential issues they find. Their prices have always been reasonable and much less than other places I’ve been in the pass. They have provided me with fast service every time and I’ve never had to return to address any work they’ve provided. They take the time to explain everything clearly along with clear options. I will continue to take my Audi to them and highly recommend them for service on your vehicle whether or not it’s a European model or not. Update 10/11/2022: I still feel the same way about their service and continue to recommend to hem and take my vehicles to them for service/repair.
