I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding work you did on my vehicle. After a hit-and-run driver completely ruined both of my passenger doors, I was devastated and worried my car would never be the same.Thanks to Mike and his skilled team, my car looks absolutely brand new again. The craftsmanship is flawless, and you cannot even tell that any damage ever occurred.I also want to commend your excellent coordination with AAA. They were very nice to deal with, and your team made the entire repair process seamless and stress-free for me.Thank you for your splendid job, professionalism, and dedication to quality work. I've been coming to Mastercraft for years, and they are truly exceptional. The team is friendly across the board, and I have always found them very honest in assessing the needs of our vehicles. Most recently, Danny helped us with some bodywork on our vehicle and found a way to get the work done for a fraction of the initial estimate. They do excellent work and put the customers first!

I had a great experience with Mario at Mastercraft Motors from getting my oil changed as well as other car troubles I’ve had. From the start, he was professional, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. Ive felt completely comfortable trusting him with my car, which isn’t something I say lightly. He worked hard to make sure everything was done right and went the extra mile to get the best possible outcome. Highly recommend!

Mastercraft Motors always does a fantastic job. They are kind and so professional. They have worked on three of our cars (most recently my Tesla) and it is always seamless. Danny is great, make sure you ask for him but they are all super helpful. Their prices are very competitive as well.

Exceptional service from start to finish! I had a really positive experience with Mastercraft Motors after my car was side-swiped and had damage along the entire length. From the beginning, their team made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable. They were consistently attentive and responsive, and they took the time to explain what was happening at each step. I especially appreciated that they coordinated directly with AAA when the repair costs exceeded the initial estimate—it saved me from having to manage that back-and-forth myself. They also went above and beyond in small but meaningful ways. After I dropped off my car, they gave me a ride to the rental car company, which made logistics much easier. And when I came back to pick up my car, they even helped fix a ding in the rental car windshield, which I hadn’t expected at all. Most importantly, my car looks excellent. The damage was extensive, and they restored it beautifully. If you’re looking for a shop that is professional, communicative, and genuinely supportive (and not at all intimidating), I would strongly recommend Mastercraft Motors.
