A big big thank you to Liz and her husband for helping me! She really took her time to walk me through the process of getting a cage for my cat to really make sure it doesn’t get targeted again. Got my car back quick and was reasonable with pricing! They were super nice and understanding with situation and helped me right away! Props to them and definitely recommend!

They are very honest, very fair, and very kind. Jose and Liz know their stuff! I brought my car in for a rebar cage installation at 9:00 AM, got a call they were done at 12:30 PM the same day, and picked it up at 4:30 PM. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much, Jose and Liz!

I had an outstanding experience with MGR Mufflers in Richmond and can’t recommend them highly enough. On a Saturday morning, just after leaving the grocery store, I discovered a nail in my motorcycle tire and I had a 150-mile ride ahead of me that day. I immediately pulled into MGR Mufflers, where I was promptly greeted by Jose. He came out right away, thoroughly inspected my bike on the spot, explained exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a very fair price for the repair. While the work was being done, I waited comfortably in the office where Liz handled the paperwork and repair order with impressive thoroughness and professionalism. Jose and Liz truly make a great team efficient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. What really stood out was how Jose kept me informed throughout the entire process. He even wheeled the bike into the shop so I could see how the repair was performed and the specific part being used. That level of transparency and education is rare and deeply appreciated. Excellent experience from start to finish. The team is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my catalytic converter installation clearly. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the price was very fair compared to other shops I checked. Quality work and honest service—hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone.
