Above and beyond experience. They provided excellent service from start to finish. My car’s A/C issue wasn’t something they simply threw parts at and hoped for the best. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, explain what they were finding, and work through the issue until they found the right solution. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and made sure I understood what was going on. It’s refreshing (wink, wink)to find a mechanic shop that combines technical knowledge, honesty, great communication, and genuine customer service. They clearly care about doing the job correctly and taking care of their customers, not just getting cars in and out of the shop. My A/C is working great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy mechanics who are willing to go the extra mile.

We took our truck to Midas to get the brakes fixed and we were very satisfied with the work they performed. Richard was very professional and courteous as the rest of the crew also was too! They kept us informed and updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this Midas Auto Service location.

These guys know what they are doing. Fixed my cranky old mustang and got her back on the road at a fair price. My most recent experience was not the same. Overall they completed the task, but for way more $$ than the original quote without a heads up. Then they missed a very simple problem that I had to have repaired elsewhere. I'll give them a C+ now. Great for standard maintenance and tires, but save the big jobs for the other shops.

Took over 2 hours in a half for a oil change mind you had the appointment at 2 and didnt end up getting my car till 4:40. They had forgot about my car even being there. No extra discount forrñ the inconvenience or anything. Definitely like Midas but just not this location ever again.

Gary and his team are awesome. They worked on our 2 cars and couldn't be happier. We had just moved to California and was in need of a reliable and trustworthy auto mechanic and their no pressure and all about the service has won us over.
