I’ve been taking a minute to write this, precisely because of how impactful their service is. My catalytic converter was stolen and I didn’t have comprehensive insurance, so it came out of my pocket. You better believe I have comprehensive now, trust me it’s worth it! That said, when I reached out to my network, not one, not two but three people came back and told me they are the only game in town. I don’t have a lot of money because I work in the entertainment industry and if you are a local, you know how bad it’s been financially speaking They took great care of me, were super fast and best of all: affordable. I can’t even express how thankful I am they exist. I was back to normal immediately and the car even runs better now From my heart, thank you to the entire team, you are absolute gems

ADDED UPDATE: Glad to publicly update my review from a 2 Star Review to a 5 Star Review -- Eric the owner actually reached out & apologized for being completely slammed & explained & reminded me of why the first CAT was installed on my car (nationwide backorder & how CA had approved aftermarket CATS). Was invited back to his shop to check for leaks on the current CAT which could have been one list of potential issues w my check engine light -- his tech checked & additionally welded more support in case there was anything he missed. All in all I'm glad I got to reconcile w Monkey's -- Eric is a solid dude & stands by his word & his work. He gave me the number to a Honda Electrical Tech so we can troubleshoot further if there are any future issues -- he mentioned when thieves rip out CATs they can mess up the wiring which can maybe cause sensor / check engine light issues. Eric and his team have the best prices service customer support and the quickest turn around times for any Box Truck Repair. Including catalytic converters, mufflers, etc. This is my main shop from here on out. 100% recommend

Simply the best customer service I can imagine! I was one of the unlucky many who had their catalytic converter stolen and reached out to a couple of places my insurance recommended. After hearing about impossibly long delays and shops that couldn't do it Monkey's Mufflers was recommended and EVERYONE should go here if they have any muffler, exhaust, or catalytic issues. I spoke with Anna on the phone who could not have been nicer and more supportive. She said this could be taken care of that that they would communicate with insurance and do it all the time. I later spoke with Eric, one of the co-owners for the first of several calls over a two days who just took care of everything. He was so supportive, appreciative, communicative and kind through every step of the process. And the end result was a replacement catalytic converter was installed for less cost than I anticipated in only 2 days (I was initially given an estimate of 2-4 months by other repair shops!). They followed through with insurance, had the necessary parts, even made an additional fix because of old parts making noise at no extra cost. I cannot recommend them more strongly. If you're the unfortunate victim of getting your catalytic converter stolen by scumbags, then you will absolutely find redemption at Monkey's. The owner, Eric, gave me a great price and was super fast about getting the work done. Also, I noticed my car had a flat tire when they were taking it off the lift and Eric graciously covered the cost of a patch. This is an excellent business and I'll sending anyone with muffler/catalytic needs his way. One last note to any other mechanic shops in the area... take a note - having good phone skills is important. Please don't sound upset when customers call asking for a general quote. Eric and his team were the only company of 5 or 6 I called in the area that sounded like they cared I called. They won my business, just for that.
