The Front desk staff was very helpful and nice through out the whole process. I believe one of them was named Felicity. As a woman you worry about getting "ripped off" and this was not the case at all. Both workers answered all of my questions and explained perfectly what was going on with my car. I'm not a car a girl so this was highly appreciated, I actually learned a thing or two from them. I highly recommend this place and will be back in the future if i ever need work on my car again!

Customer service was great! I needed to bring my car in on a Sunday morning and they got me in in 30 minutes. They ordered the part the day of and installed it too! I could have picked my car up the same day but I was busy so I picked it up the next morning. It was all super efficient and I was happy with my experience! They were not able to fix my exhaust leak but they recommended me to see a specialist for that service. They were able to fix the issue that was present with my coolant system. I appreciated that they communicated this all to me before they started with anything. Great service!

I chose this shop because they offered the option to purchase my tires with interest-free monthly payments. When I first got a quote, I was approved for the credit line, so I went ahead and purchased the tires the same day. However, when it came time to complete the payment, their financing company said I was no longer approved, and I had to pay the full amount upfront. That felt very misleading. A few days later, one of my tires started losing air. I returned to have it inspected, but I was told it would take about five hours to fix. Instead, I ended up taking my car to another tire repair shop. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to the misleading financing information and the lack of timely service

This shop was a lifesaver during our recent road trip to LA. I came in right when they opened on a busy holiday weekend. They were able to squeeze me in and repair a flat I got on the freeway the night before. Greg was honest and patient. I was so happy they were able to repair my tire, but he was transparent that I my tread was fairly low and I really should consider new tires sooner than later. Such wonderful customer service. Once they repaired my tire, they swapped out my spare like a F1 pit crew. Can't recommend this shop enough.

I discovered a bolt embedded in my tire on Super Bowl Sunday, and I was concerned about finding an open tire place🫤. I called, and they were able to accommodate me quickly for a repair. Both the tire technician and Felicity were exceptionally friendly and personable. They transformed an unexpected and potentially significant inconvenience into a remarkably smooth experience.
