The installation started on June 5th 2026. I was called and told it was ready the next day. I went to pick it up and the screen was not only severely off center but also crooked. I was told that the dash kits for these older cars just don't fit right anymore. They also had not installed the aux cable and the USB cable. So after developing a laundry list of issues I dropped it off again to them on June 8th. They worked on it that day and the next day and I picked it up on June 9th. The screen was a little bit straighter but still off center. And they had not connected the aux cable and the USB cable. Now he has to order a part for that. I finally got word that the part was in on June 29th and I took it in on July 1st to be installed. This time I didn't deal with Mike, I dealt with Ryan. Ryan was awesome. He had a great installer as well, and it was done that day. When I went back to pick it up on July 1st, everything looked great and everything was installed. I wish I had dealt with Ryan from the start. I also wish I could give Ryan a separate review than Mike who had first started the job. Even as efficient as Ryan was, I will never take one of my cars to this facility again. There

I chose this place because they had the best reviews in Orange County - and they absolutely lived up to it. The team did an amazing job installing my dash cam. The whole process was much quicker than I expected, the price was very reasonable, and they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Everything looks clean, professional, and works perfectly. 10/10 recommend!

They did my underglow lights on my Camaro and told me about the Igla Security Alarm like an idiot I declined and the car was stolen a short time later. Bought my Cadi and first thing I did was have Newport Sound install an Igla on it. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to show me how to use it. Thank you Michael and Ryan I will sleep easy knowing my car is safe Update brought the Blackwing back for under glow lights a 12” Sub. Hits harder than expected. Great work as always I’m definitely coming back

Great car audio shop! They've been around for 30 years installing entry level, mid level, and professional audio systems in high end cars (Lamborghini, Porsche, Mercedes Benz) and even low end cars like my 1996 Accord. Working with the manager, Mike, he was able to work within my budget to select good speakers and installation. Also, I would like to emphasize that they were okay with installing a head unit that I purchased from somewhere else. Looking around Orange County, some shops wouldn't install my head unit. Newport Sound came through. I'm very happy with my installation. There was a small issue that needed fixing and without hesitation they said "bring the vehicle back and we'll take care of it". Done.
