Bullshit place. Bullshit service. Overcharge. They gave us estimate of $650 before sending the drivers. After PM service was done, they said it would be $1300. They are liars. We had to pay that amount otherwise we would be stuck there and fail our load.

If there was 0 or negative star I would have given them such negative stars. Extremely poor customer service. They do NOT know how to take care of customers. The guy made me wait for minutes just to chat with a friend and after I asked him he told me if I want I can go to other place. I will never come here while I am alive. No driver should come here. Poor customer serves!!!!

I highly recommend this truck repair. Sonia was super nice and helpful. My warranty did a lot of mistakes, and she found out every single mistake, and we could fix those problems. I’m to say that my truck is back to the road.

They will always try and help you get what you need if they don’t have the part you’re looking for. It’s great to have a trustworthy shop who specializes in PACCAR nearby the port and works with your extended warranty. Got my turbo, turbo actuator, EGR, exhaust pipe all replaced under warranty!!
