Great Experience with My Tesla Model Y Performance: I brought my Tesla Model Y Performance to Northern Tire for tire work in coordination with Charlie’s Rim Repair. They efficiently removed the tires, sent the bare rims over to Charlie’s for repair, then remounted the tires, performed a full balance, and did a precise alignment. The whole process went smoothly, and the car now drives much better — smooth and stable on the highway with no more vibration. Friendly staff and good coordination between the two shops. Would recommend them if you need tire and wheel work done on your Tesla. 5 Stars

Firstly, the owner Mark is super cool. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and provided numerous options and explained exactly what would be done. The shop is clean and professional. The staff were all helpful and customer oriented. I brought my 2015 Sierra in for a flip kit. It already had a 3.25" drop with shackles and the block removed in the rear and 1.5" in the front. I wanted it 2" lower in the rear. It came out perfect. The work done was solid. The truck looks good and drives smooth. No bottoming out, no vibrations, no sloppy cuts or crooked bolts. The raw steel exposed was painted to prevent rust and all of my old parts were in a box in the bed of the truck after the job was done. I felt that the prices were fair, but don't expect bargain prices or cheap labor. Installing a flip kit is hours long 'specialty work' and doing it right requires experience. You can't just walk into any shop and get a 3/5 or 4/6 drop. If you want it done right go to this shop. This among other suspension mods and wheel/tire sales is what they specialize in. I'll definitely be back to have the front redone (from a previous shop) to go a little lower.

Family owned business very friendly and funny guy, the owner is really cool and eager to assist. Even bought us drinks while we waited. They have private credit loans available to make sure you get what you need. He made sure his technicians were working hard to get us out as soon possible. He was honest and straight up. After other shops tried to convince us we needed to replace all of our brakes and rotors. He told us exactly what percentage our brakes were and assured us we had plenty of time and life left to not have to burn more money in something not needed.
