Great experience! They replaced the broken window on my van super quickly. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. This is my third time coming to this shop, and they’ve always provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

Back in May I had a large rock crack my windshield that got pretty bad, immediately. I called Omni and these guys were not only fair with their pricing but were able to get me in next day. Fast forward to yesterday, a nice July afternoon, and I had another run in with a large rock on I-10. I called after hours and left a message requesting an appointment, Tanner not only called me back after hours but worked me into their fully booked Saturday schedule. I will continue using Tanner and the crew at Omni, as well as recommend them to anyone looking I hear looking for window replacement.

Excellent experience all around! Customer service from scheduling, to drop off and installation was fantastic. Pricing was $1500 less than the dealer quote and Omni uses the exact same glass/manufacture as the dealer. Another competitor in the area was going to charge me triple was Omni did for the glass and then I would have to take my vehicle elsewhere to have the window calibrated due to how new my Infiniti is. Omni did everything in house for a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere. Thank you!! Hope to never need to return, but if I do, I will not worry about the quality of the repair.

They did an amazing job on my car, got me scheduled in next day and price was very reasonable. They have a nice waiting room with AC and TV while you wait on your vehicle. I rarely trust people to work on my car but these guys treated me and my car very well, highly recommend them! 😎👍

Great customer service! Recently got an attempted burglary on my truck. They busted my window and bent the molding frame a bit. At Omni they were able to replace my window super fast and even helped out with bending back the frame and making it look brand new! Very satisfied with everything! Highly recommend!
