I’ve had Onsite Truck and Repair service about five of my trucks, and they’ve been excellent every time. Their team is professional, communicative, and always makes sure the work gets done on time. I really appreciate how easy they make the process — especially when it comes to coordinating and getting the trucks tested quickly. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable mobile truck repair or testing services.

Amazing service. Great people. Didn’t make me wait. Didn’t add ridiculous fees. They got me in and out.instead of me calling and asking for updates. They Kept updating me on the repairs. Felt like an old school type of business. . Will be coming back for sure

I am writing to share my negative experience with Onsite Truck and Equipment Repair in Ontario, CA. This repair facility is not a good place to get your truck fixed. The staff lacks professionalism and communication skills. Many employees have complained and even quit due to the inadequate way the shop is run. We dropped our truck off for a repair in August 2022. The first red flag was being asked to write a review before the repair. After being quoted $8k, the price turned to $12k. Fine, we have a warranty company. Kacy, the manager, stated she had worked with them before. After a ton of back and forth, the warranty company sent a person to look at the truck and stated it's not covered and is misdiagnosed. So now no warranty. Then the repair became that the truck needs a new engine. They said they could get this or even rebuild it. It turns out this wasn't doable by them, and we now have a bill of $28k to get the engine and all. At first, they wanted to charge me $8k just for them having the car and teardown. All of this is happening, and it's now March 2023. Back and forth with this shop has been mayhem. From "Oh, our guy quit who does that" to "Oh, the person we sent the part
