Angel, their master technician, was super helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle and his insights were well worth the diagnostic fees they charge. I would recommend him and Pacific Highway Auto Repair to my VW friends and I plan to use them again soon. Only downside I would say, which isn’t really one, is that they are quite busy. Quality work takes time.

Alex and his team diagnosed, ordered parts, and repaired my BMW within 3 hours! Fantastic work and communication. Great prices! Dealership quality work (and parts) at half the price! Would recommend to any friend or family!

Really top notch local mechanic. They work on any vehicle and seem familiar with every model (some places look confused when you bring in a Jaguar or say they can't do some repairs). Not Pacific Auto Repair, just speaking with Alex you can tell he loves cars. They provide a really nice and informative diagnostic text that breaks down everything. Alex is incredibly friendly, honest and seems to really care about his family business. Happy to support them and highly recommend.

I went there looking for help and found that here at Pacific Hwy Auto repair. He listened to my problem, told me he would give it a once over and fix what's needed. He was up front with everything- which i thought was great. When they were done he explained everything, and I was glad he didn't try selling me something that I didn't need or ask for. Pacific Highway Auto Repair is absolutely amazing! The team was supportive, reliable, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Alex was especially outstanding — he was so helpful, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me navigate a somewhat complex warranty issue for my 2016 BMW 535i. It’s rare to find a shop that makes you feel this taken care of, but they really did. Their communication, honesty, and level of service were all top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Pacific Highway Auto Repair to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality auto shop!

Can't speak to the actual work they do but I went in for a full inspection on my car. They were very reasonably priced (I called 4 other places for pricing). What really stood out was the level of care and patience in walking me through my questions. And the information they provided to take home. Nice guys too. Much appreciated. I will be back as needed. Definitely recommend.

Been going there for 5 years. Inexpensive repairs but the quality of service has gone astray in the last two years. They are nice enough, but they won't do a thorough job anymore, multiple services or items to check neglected because it was either forgotten, would be too much labor, or perceived too expensive for me, leading to vehicle breakdowns mere months apart. Examples: Replacing only 3 of 4 coils, not flushing brake fluid, not wanting to take apart a dashboard to diagnose a heater issue that caused two breakdowns in one week. I gave up, and have sold my specialty vehicle that I loved. They were the only certified mechanics for my specialty vehicle in the entire county, so I tolerated the apologies and spending my very limited time to take it back for a while, even being forced to spend money on car rentals and Lyfts for services half done. It's been too much. I will no longer be a customer there.
