everything went great from the office customer service to the fence crew, even though i can be a little hard to please. They handled a full removal and replacement of our privacy fence in just two days, and the whole job was smooth from start to finish. The installation team worked hard, stayed professional, and paid close attention to the details of the perimeter fencing. On the final day, they really went the extra mile. Even late in the evening, after wrapping up the main fence build and cleaning the job site, the crew noticed the extra lower boards on our old fence that helped keep our small dog from slipping underneath and getting out. Instead of leaving it for later, they asked if we wanted those boards added back to help secure the yard. From start to finish, walter and his crew did a great job on our fence project in Pasadena. He was very responsive with communication, the pricing was fair, and the whole process felt easy. Part of our fence still had old wood posts, so we had them upgraded to metal posts to match the rest of the fence line. the team handled the post replacement really well and showed strong fence builder skill throughout the job. They took down the full fence section, removed the old wood posts, set the new metal posts in concrete, and reinstalled everything with care. it was not a simple repair, but they worked efficiently and finished in about a day and a half. We also had the entire fence re-stained, and now it looks fresh, clean, and almost brand new. i really appreciate the workmanship, the attention to detail, and how smoothly the project moved along. They were the only fence contractor that clearly listed exactly what would be installed and how the work would be done, including concrete-set posts, fence gauge, 5-foot height, post size, and other important build details. Frank and his crew took careful measurements and used my certified survey map to keep the fence line straight and properly placed along my property line, just within my side as requested. The finished black vinyl chain link fence looks great, with clean lines and excellent alignment. It really improves the appearance of my home and fits nicely with the surrounding Pasadena neighborhood.
