After 12 years of feeling uncomfortable about my mechanics and one recent scary incident following a major service elsewhere, three friends recommended Patti’s. From the beginning, I felt taken care of and heard! My Honda Odyssey van had completely stalled on the freeway with my newly licensed teenager behind the wheel just 3 days after having had a major service. I was obviously perplexed and frustrated with the other place. Patti swept in with her team to assist in paying the parking meter where my vehicle had been towed, pushing the van into her garage, texting me updates and speaking with me and my son during her detective work figuring out the cause of the issue. It turns out the other mechanic had replaced an alternator that was unnecessary (and costly) but months before they had improperly installed a timing belt which caused electric problems. Patti got to the bottom of the issue and it only took ONE day! My son is happily driving to school today and the van is running smoothly! We are very grateful for the professional and efficient service provided! Plus, she is honest and I don’t feel like I am getting ripped off. I’ll be coming to Patti from now on!

Patti's was an absolute lifesaver! I needed a last-minute pre-purchase inspection of a car, and they graciously squeezed me in even though they had a very full schedule. Phoebe was super friendly, and both she and Patti were genuinely concerned about me making a good, safe car purchase. Everything was incredibly organized, and their inspection was thorough. Phoebe walked me through the report, taking the time to explain the different issues and what work the car needed without pressuring me into anything. I felt very looked after, and they really put my mind at ease.

Every nice thing you read in these reviews about Patti's Auto Care is true. In the short time I was there, I witnessed them help folks whose car needs lots of work. They make sure you fully understand the condition of your car and why it needs attention. Their interest is making sure you're back on the road safely and knowing more about your car and how to take care of it. It helps that they have a cute pup, snacks, and comfy chairs. They do get busy quick, so call ahead to know when is a good time to bring in your car. I'm looking forward to my next service.

I’ve sent my car to Patties several times and communication has always been clear and friendly and services well explained. Very happy with their work and I would recommend them if you want good and courteous service.

I don’t often leave reviews, but this is truly my go-to auto shop. Patti and her staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. When my car was hit and I had to deal with insurance, Patti let me leave my car at the shop and was completely understanding of my situation and the my difficulties with the insurance process. I’ve also had my car inspected here before and have had great experiences. They act in the best interest of their customers. I trust them and will absolutely continue coming back.
