These guys at the Burbank Pep Boys on Olive Ave are 100% Professionals! They saved my car with a new alternator and new heavy duty battery and always take care of me when it comes to Intrachol parts of my vehicle with a timely and friendly service and all their experience that they have in the automotive industry very impressed. 10 stars recommend to everyone.

Literally THE nicest man! I came in needing new brakes, and he was able to get them fixed for me with such a generous discount. I’m currently not working, and his kindness and willingness to help truly meant so much to me. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care and want to help others. I’m beyond grateful for the amazing service, honesty, and compassion I was shown. Highly recommend this Pep Boys location — 5 stars all the way!

I went to the Olive Avenue location in Burbank today for new tires and a battery check, and had a really great experience working with Andy. He was helpful from the start, walking me through different tire options and pricing without ever feeling pushy. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood everything, which I really appreciated. Later, he kept me updated on the progress and let me know my battery also needed to be replaced. When I came back to pick up my car, he even remembered a coupon I had mentioned for the battery installation, which stood out in the best way. At checkout, he clearly explained all the charges and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. My car was ready in a timely manner, and overall it was just a really smooth experience. Really appreciate Andy for being so kind and helpful throughout.
