We were traveling through Fillmore when we got a flat tire at 9pm. This morning we found this PepBoys. Trip savers. Everyone was very helpful. They tried patching the tire up but they object that gave us the flat made it impossible. We needed to replace our tires anyway so they sold us what we needed and got us back on the road. I would especially like to recognize Roberto. He's the best, friendly, helpful and genuinely pleasant to deal with.

My husband had an 8:30 am appointment this morning ( 6/5/26) for the breaks on our Mazda. At 10am my daughter and I went over to pick him up and run some errands in the area since the women told him it would be 1hr and 45 minutes until the car would be ready. I dropped him and our daughter back at the shop at 11:30am since I had an appointment and according to the timeframe we were given, my husband and our 4yr old should not have to more than 15-20 min. A whole HOUR goes by and they inform my husband that the WRONG PARTS were placed on our car and that they needed to be removed and the correct ones put on. While we appreciate them catching this error, had they not my husband could have had a terrible accident with our child in the car due to this, not to mention it took AN ADDITIONAL hour to fix their mistake. We can only hope they corrected it properly. I would also like to mention how nasty the bathroom at this location was. Cockroaches and other bugs. My husband couldn’t even take our daughter to the bathroom because it was so dirty. I will be contacting management for some sort of refund because the service my husband received today is extremely unacceptable. I cannot recomm

Came with one tire low pressure (was screw in it). They replaced all 4 tires and now I have a fault "Check Tire Monitoring System". I came back to them 2 times to fix it, but they were not able to do it. Now I cannot see the pressure of all of my tires, which effects my safety a lot. Very disappointed.

I have went to this location several times the staff has always been so helpful and kind prices are pretty fair. Will recommend this place over and over the manager on duty. She’s super friendly and nice. Staff is very helpful. They did a fabulous job on my vehicle, I never had a better service than this location. Will recommend pep boys to friends and family

Yesterday, 02/14/2026, I had an appointment to have my air conditioner serviced. I arrived at 10:00 AM for my 10:30 AM appointment. I sat there until 6:00 PM, only to be told that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and that they were “pretty sure” it was a part that would cost $4,000. Keep in mind, I have a 2021 Nissan Sentra. While I was waiting, I overheard a woman — I’m not sure if she was a manager — telling another employee that the technician working on my car did not know how to work on that system. She repeated that she was pretty sure he didn’t know how to handle it. That immediately raised a red flag, but I continued to wait patiently. When I finally got my car back, I got in and started to drive off, only to notice that my check engine light was on. I immediately pulled into a parking space, got out, and informed the service advisor. He had me pull my car back into the bay where the technician had been working on it. The technician then ran a diagnostic test and told me the issue was my key fob, claiming there were about 42 alerts on his machine. I explained to him that I did not have any of those issues when I drove in — I came in strictly for an air
