I brought my F350 here to get new catalytic converter because the old one was messed up. Garo, was super helpful with he’s work and knowledge. He gave me few reasons why my catalytic converter got messed up in the first place. Price wise, he charged me a fair amount.

I came to check prices, told them I am on a budget, (just retired) Garo put the car on the jack gave me couple of options, he told me California requires every other year smog-checks, If you want we can take the bad catalic and put a pipe for now until you get more money to replace it or you can put on the right one that required the mercedes-benz, he gave me the right price and it was fixed, he was very professional and efficient, for sure I will come back, Mario.

This is the best muffler shop I have ever been to! I came in based on the recommendation from Discount Tire, where I just had a tune-up and a catalytic converter replacement after it got stolen. I was looking for a muffler shop to make a custom shield for me, and Gary was fast, reasonable, and friendly. He offered me a cup of Armenian coffee during my consultation, and he was very thorough in the actual service. The shield was perfectly done, and he also replaced my alternator, which was nearing the end of its life, shortly afterwards. He even replaced the battery in my key fob for me as a courtesy. I highly recommend Performance Muffler. Gary is the real deal and is professional, kind, and caring. He does a standout job with everything and goes above and beyond for his customers. 10/10!

Performance Muffler is a great find if you need work done to your car. 1. Prices are right. 2. Service is excellent with attention to detail. 3. Gary, the owner, is fantastic with customer service. I am very picky with the work I have done to my cars, having been a mechanic years ago. I always shop around on pricing, too, as I know what a job should cost before I get the estimate. Gary was just the best to work with and has been in business at this location for 17 years, so he really knows his stuff. If you are a female or novice to cars he will handle you with care and fairness, which is kind of hard to find today. If you go to see him you will not be disappointed. I could not rate him high enough. My custom exhaust turned out perfect!
