I had an outstanding experience with Platinum Auto Films! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Marco, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. He and his staff were friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The tint job on my car turned out amazing. They were meticulous with every detail and took great pride in making sure everything was done perfectly. Their attention to quality and craftsmanship really shows. I will definitely be returning for any other automotive services they offer, and I’ll be recommending Platinum Auto Films to all of my friends and family. Very Satisfied Customer! I went with a full frontal PPF for my GR86. Quick turnaround and prompt process! Great communication too, very thankful they helped work with my tight schedule! PPF job turned out great! Especially considering I knew the quality of the prior repaint the dealer did on my bumper would be tough to work with as it was, these guys made it work!

I was doing a research on a Detailer who can do Tint & PPF (Paint Protection Film) to my very newly bought 2026 BMW 430i Convertible. I googled for the top 10 businesses in San Antonio and came across “Platinum Auto Film and Tinting” (PF) at 10665 Shaenfield, in San Antonio location to do the job. So, I went there and handed over my key & my car for them to provide Tint and PPF jobs to my car. I must say, the first thing I noticed upon arrival to store, was the cleanness and orderly look of the business and the high end cars’ job they’re doing. They provided the result in two days. I can honestly say that I was in Awe & Woe when I received my car. The Tint and PPF jobs were done flawlessly with nothing but utmost Perfection. The best I’ve seen I my past 40 years. It was all done exceptionally great and outstandingly all the way around. I throughly searched to find any possible flaws ( as meticulously as I am by personality) and I could Not find one. Not only they did an exceptional job, but they also threw in a free ceramic treat to my entire car which was very nice of them to do so. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Platinum Auto Films! Jason was awesome—super informative and easy to work with. During the consultation, he even did a test section on my Tesla so I could see the difference and decide what was best, which I really appreciated. I cannot say enough great things about Platinum Auto Films. They wrapped my 2025 BMW Z4 in glossy black and the result is absolutely flawless. The finish looks incredible. Clean, sharp, and showroom quality. Marco, the owner, is phenomenal and runs his business the right way. He was upfront and honest about everything from the very beginning. No surprises. No pressure. Just clear communication and integrity every step of the way. He took the time to walk me through the shop, showed me vehicles he was currently working on, and explained the process in detail. Throughout the project, he sent updates so I always knew what was happening with my car. That level of customer service is rare. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced.
