Super quick and very nice. Juan checked me in for my alignment and let me know about things they saw during their initial inspection and asked if I wanted to take care of them now or to just do the alignment. I asked for a quote but ended up deciding to just do the alignment and he understood and didn’t push. First time here since I found them on Groupon but would definitely come back :)

Found this place on Groupon for an oil change and brake pad replacement so i decided to give Prime Automotive a shot and i’m so glad i did!! Walked in and was immediately greeted by Juan (who is awesome), took less than 5 minutes for someone to start working on my car and made me aware of all/any details about my car that i needed to know. Never thought i could walk into an auto shop without trying to pressured about “other issues” like other places. Definitely coming back for any potential issues (hopefully none any time soon 😅) Honest, quick and efficient!!

I had an amazing experience here! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They changed my oil, topped off all of my fluids, rotated my tires, and even performed a thorough vehicle inspection. What impressed me the most was that they took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. I’ve been trying to figure out the issue for a while, and they were able to identify it right away. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but they also let me know they could fix it, which gave me so much peace of mind. The owner is incredibly friendly, honest, and genuinely wants to help. It’s hard to find an auto shop that makes you feel this comfortable and confident in their work. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time going to this automotive repair shop. The Customer Service was fantastic. Juan bent over backwards to really help me out with my repairs. The technicians in the shop did a great job very professional, If you’re looking for a good shop to take your vehicle, this is the place. I highly recommend it.

First off I really feel like my car was handled with care and my car was fixed fast for what I needed. Which was a new transmission put in my car and the team was very helpful and communicative they even went as far as to show me what caused this failure which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Also the price was very affordable compared to other shop I had previously called that were in the area.
